This is what I got in a PM from cthree a few months back, right as I was getting ready to go public.

You may sell the item in the For Sale forum if it is a unique product of your design and it is being offered on a limited, one-time basis.
I also got this from Mindcore, regarding sponsorship.

I just talked to cthree, and he told me he approved it.. You must have caught him in a really great mood.

Disregard my previous PM

Sorry.

Mike

Hmm. Does this counter the comments I got from cthree about being able to make a post in the for sale forum?

So, to my mind that meant I could make one thread offering these for sale. Obviously I'll be offering them to whoever wants them, within my reasonable ability to supply them. I wont offer any other products or anything like that, as I'm not a sponsor. One time deal, right?

Well, Mindcore got in touch with me.

Looks like we're working out some kind of limited sponsorship deal!

This makes me happy, as its totally above board. :-)

and you keep saying that...

It isn't a secret, but I don't think the agreement needs to be disclosed publicly either.

He wasn't banned. He was just suspended, along with me. It was a temporary thing for disobeying forum rules.

Very interesting thread. I believe everything was done in an orderly manner as far as the details given in this thread...Maybe a few miscommunication but nothing too harsh. It looks like its coming to a great outcome though seeing eisenfaust might me sponsored here. Great product for all the AP2 owners. Good luck with everything eisenfaust.
