anyhow, to get to your question, if you really meant it, i think an intake on an AUTO car has more of an impact than on a manual. one the biggest gains from an aftermarket intake is throttle response. this is an area which most automatics hurt. i had a 92 300zx which was an auto
the charger kit i installed actually helped.
