OK so everyone(like me) wants to know if the MY04 is more moddable than prior years. Who's got an intake, header, exhuast, VAFC, emanange, etc... Ideally what did you dyno base and what did you dyno with the mods...

Only one I know that dynoed was kitwetzler with AEMv2 intake. No pre dyno but dyno'd at 218rwhp with intake....that would put him +7rwhp given what other MY04 reported on the same dyno(different days)

Any other numbers? Really curious about a Toda header results....

 

local guy in fremont has the following mods on his 04: hks exhaust, toda header, and j's intake on the way. don't think he has dynoed yet. pm bozzspeed s

I've done the Mugen thermo/fan switch, and have a Spoon intake and Mugen catback ordered, due this month.

 

Hmmmm....so I've done the search thing and found your install and a few other items..... This mod causes the car to run cooler generally and allows for advanced timing. So how much of an impact inperformance does it make? Perfer real numbers if people have them. Is a VAFC or Emanage require to tune? Thanx
