I never see them in pics. I got my car used, I didn't ask the guy about it. He didn't mention it.

Most other roadster manufacturers were able to figure out how to fold the top so that an exterior surface ended up on top, giving the car an almost-finished look when the top is down but uncovered.

Unfortunately, Honda never figured this out. The convertible top latch hooks sticking out give the car such an unfinished look. (Don't play the "pure sportscar" bs on me since the car has a power-operated top.)

I use the top boot almost all the time when the top is down. It does help that I can leave the top down in the garage at work and in the garage at home.

my work parking lots are safe but not bird poo proof, hopefully you don't find a surprise one day being top down in your parking garage...

The parking garage (not parking lot) at work is rain safe, vandal-proof, and largely bird poo safe. I'd be more worried about the sprinkler system; however, that's why I pay for insurance.

I'm at 5+ incident-free years in the parking garage, so I'm comfortable with the odds.
