No spare, no tools, and no carpet here. My insurance company covers towing if the time ever came. Plus if I were to blow a tire I don't think I could get the jack under the car anyway with it lowered plus a flat tire.

Sounds like allot of people are running with out the spare tire. So next question, have any of you guys ever had to get towed? Do you trust the tow truck driver to get your car on and off the truck with out scratching something?

When I had my rear tires off today, I noticed that one had a small screw in it. I took it to Wal-Mart since it is very close to my house and I was trying not to waste anymore time than I had to since I was installing my new exhaust. Anyway, they scuffed up my rim while repairing the tire! I showed the manager and got everything in writing that they were responsible. They are turning it into their insurance to replace my rim. I

The only thing good about a "tow job" is that you are going to be present when the load er up. Of course if the tow is the result of a crash, who's to worry about a few scratchs?

Our tow truck driver is use to working with lowered cars and is very good at getting them up on the truck without doing any damage. I absolutely would NOT trust anyone I didn't know to transport the car for me.

I don't run one either...I just call someone to bring a replacement rim with tires whenever I get a flat.
