The OEM is the best looking "clean" S2000 front spoiler. Air Walker and Backyard look fairly good ("clean") too. Veilside and most of the rest generally are more aggressive and are clearly aftermarket. Do a search on body kits and you'll find pictures galore.

The thing that attracted me to the BYS front spoiler that I originally saw on 1RandyC's car many eons ago was that it was very well integrated into the front clip. None of those huge cutlines with black molding like on the OEM and most others. I especially like how it blends into the grill opening.
It makes the car appear more muscular without looking completely garrish. There are actually two different BYS front spoilers, one being deeper (closer to the pavement) than the other. I am running the smaller of the two and it is plenty low, scraping on most everything.
I should note that in spying Mugen's wind tunnel tests of the car, the stock front end generates a good deal of downforce (but drag as well). In fact, Mugen's rounded front clips are mainly there to reduce drag. My guess is that the BYS, J's, Honda OEM, et. al will all server to just increase drag. Good for looks, poor for the track.
Here's a shot of the BYS in comparison to the stock front end. And say hello to NJTom2000. That's him chugging a drink at the NNJR Auto-X school we attended.
As for pricing, I paid $500 plus shipping from MG.

Hello together
I'm also interested in the BYS-frontbumper;
currently i'm collecting some pics - but I couldn't find very much of them
Can you probably verify if the BYS below is type1 (-30mm) or type 2 (-15mm)?
Do you have some more pics?
(these ones I know: http://www.s2000.com/tuning_backyard.php)
Best regards
Yves
