I have 2,000 miles on my 03 and have recently been experiencing 1st to 2nd grinds. It's pretty bad...This TSB specifies Year 2000 cars. Anybody know if this TSB will take care of 03's?

I had that TSB applied to my 01 at 7.5K miles. Grind came back right around 15K miles. I'll push my dealer one more time near end of warranty.

I have the 1-2 grind once a month now. I auto cross my car every weekend and run 4-10 times an event for the last 3 months and have had a hand full of grinds, due to speed shifting and not having the clutch all the way in, my fault.
I had it done about a month ago and I think they took the slack out of the clutch. It seems like you have to push it in all the way for the clutch to engage. It sort of feels like to me that the clutch will go out at any minute

You guys rock!! I'm new to this car and have been experiencing the exact same thing. I just thought I was a bad driver or something. Glad to know that is not the case. Honda is performing the TSB as I write this! Just had the clutch TSB done as well...

Thanks,

PJ

Razor V3,

Pitting is when there are black dots on your rims that will not come out no matter what. My rims looked like they had chicken pox. Nothing would clean them off, so I brought them in.

My dealer took the rims off the car, tires off the rims. Shipped them to PA for some shop to strip them down to metal, buff them out and apply a new (thick) clear coat. Now I can essentially push dirt off my rims like a dry erase board.

You know what I am talking about. The S rims are not smooth all around the inside of the 'star' and inside the lip. I will post picks....

PICS
