If you have had your 1st - 2nd gear grind fixed, what exactly was done and what was the result. Did the grind go away or just come back?

does that apply for 01 models also, cause sometimes when I redline it and am shifting from 1-2 quickly they grind a little, is this becuase I need more practice or is it the tranny's fault thus getting a TSB done?

Is there a TSB for grindy 1st/2nd gears? I have to really finess the car from first to second. I studder step (if that makes any sense) into second.
I would be embarrassed brining my car back to the dealership for TSB work. I just had them refinish my rims due to pitting. It cost them 1000 plus two weeks of rental car!!!!!!!

take the slack out of the clutch pedal. chaged to pensoil synthetic synchromesh.
I have the 1-2 grind once a month now. I auto cross my car every weekend and run 4-10 times an event for the last 3 months and have had a hand full of grinds, due to speed shifting and not having the clutch all the way in, my fault.
