Default Who has blown their Diff? PLEASE READ

I plan on pursuing the Honda Care rejection of my diff claim as far as humanly possible. I know that everyone says I am screwed etc etc, but seeing that I plan on going to law school next year and that I work with several attornies and judges, I will push the matter as far as I possible can. If anyone has blown their differential and has been either covered or rejected by Honda Motor Corp, or Honda Care please post your experience, I need as much information as possible to compile a case. If something is changed, it will benefit us all in the future.

What were the specifics of your claim, and the reasons they cited when they denied your warranty coverage?

You know, as stupid as it sounds Hondacare's "aftermarket" policy does make some sense.

I mean that most of us here do a CAI, Rims or exhaust and a few more hard-core might get a supercharger or turbo. But let's look at the bigger picture.

We share our Hondas with "those people". A certain subset of Civic, CRX and Del Sol drivers. By that, I mean... you know... Ricers.

Cut springs, fart cans, chopped up electrical system, half-finished copycat body kits, questionable and cheap mods like custom paint from a spray can... the list goes on and on.

After seeing some relatively new Hondas being trashed just so, I can see why the company would make such a blanket policy. It doesn't mean I like it.
