White wheels on yellow s2k do or don't 18"'s
#1
I been thinking of white wheels on my Yellow s2k in 18's anyone have then in white and if so i been thinking of the OZ superlegara any others in mind that come in different widths and right offsets? Many people say go gun metal or silver, i think white on red and yellow looks nice!

To each his own, but...
IMHO I say gun metal or silver. The white does look pretty good (although a bit ricey) today. I just am not sure if they are going to look so good 24 months from now. No big deal, I know, since you can just buy new wheels but 18"'s aren't going to be cheap.
Having said that you should do what you like the best and not worry about what any of us thinks or says. You worked hard for this little car, enjoy it the way that makes you happiest.
Just my 2 cents.

Well what is the point of choosing each color?
Are you trying to impress others? If so then who?
If it is just for yourself then why worry, you bought this car to drive it not stare at it.. Oops I used to stare at mine too..
IMO there are very few non traditional wheel colors(other than silver) that mate well with any particular color on a car. For example, I think black wheels look absolutely awful on a vehicle unless there are some accents within the wheel such as chrome and such. I remember the '87 Trans Am GTA pulled this off very well(the car color was red).
I think the black wheels would look nice on a yellow but you gotta be careful. Don't get/make the wheel completely black - that would look silly in many people's eyes.
Generally speaking only silver/chrome variants look 'right' on a car.
But, get what you think would look great, not what others think. If you get it for others you will ultimately be disappointed and always wonder 'what if' regarding another wheel/color.
