Gees guys, lighten up. My Infiniti is white with tan leather/carpets. The car just celebrated its 5th year and doesn't look bad at all. The interior on any car will look the way you treat it.

Thanks everyone for your posts. The more I see white the more I like it.

Holy Cow, the white with red interior is fantastic!
However, according to the current sales brochure, white is available only with the Tan interior. Is this combo of White/Tan only for the U.S ?

White & tan is only for the US - this also makes it more rare. I think White & black & tan is classy, while White & red is sporty.

If there are only about 40,000 S's in North America (1999-2005 production, minus wrecks), and only 5% are GPW, that means there are only 2000 GPW S2000s. In those 5 years, interiors combos included all blue, all black, red & black, and black & tan, so roughly, there should only be 500 examples of each type in existence in NA. My reasoning has almost no factual basis, but looking at these numbers, GPW's are probably the most rare of the S's.

I almost purchased white for sentimental reasons - my first car was a white 280z with a tan interior.

I think white isn't very popular because the lines are hidden a bit. The same with black. Red, yellow and silver/gray show the lines better in my opinion.

The best looking S2k I ever saw was a white 04 with a swapped black interior and Mugen carbon fiber (black of course) hardtop in San Fran. It wasn't the first S I ever saw, but I think it's the moment when I decided to get one.

I would have brought white if they made the 03 interior like the 01 white interior.
I would love to have all the fixes in the 03 but the 01 interior.
02 is nice but too much red for my taste.

White is rare, that doesn't mean it's not popular. I drove 800 miles to get mine.. Get the white with red or red/black interior. I don't really like the GPW with tan interior.

My next favorite color is Berlina Black with red interior. But still.. GPW > All.
Very nice pics......

I have the same car with the hardtop, but the interior jumps out when the top is down...

Where did you get your JDM badges????

Im looking for another white s2000.
Based on my searches I can tell you white is the hardest to find - does that make it the most rare? maybe?
Is 2000-2002 the only years red was available? If I could have the new black/red interior on a white 2004/05, I would crap my pants(imo the best color combo if it was available second to yellow )
