Where's Rick and Signature Accessories?

Just chiming in to say that I too have ordered several products from Rick's now, and in EVERY instance he has gotten back to my email questions if not the same day, then the next. Nothing but top notch customer service on this end. He is on top of his shizzle, people!!
Now I find out from reading this thread that he's got a "real" job...in addition to Rick's Accessories!! That's just insane. Let's at least give him the benefit of the doubt from here on out.
BTW: I've corresponded w/nvrquit, and he's good people too. I think we all just need to put this one behind us, and file under "aberrations."

I AM ABSOLUTELY WRONG AND OWE RICK A HUGE APOLOGY.
We just started the 30k service and pulled what I thought was just packing stuff out of the envelope with the valve. It wasn't packing stuff. It was the rest of my order, the badges, etc.
I AM SO VERY SORRY THAT I DIDN'T CHECK THE PACKING FURTHER RICK. PLEASE ACCEPT MY APOLOGIES. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER DOUBTED YOU.
