Default Where are the Silverstone/Reds??

I'm ready to buy an '03 S2K, but I can't find a Silverstone/Red anywhere in CA. My sources tell me there's one in Northern California and another due in Riverside in late Dec. I'm open as to where I purchase from, I just want to find it soon! Has anyone seen a Siverstone/Red in any dealer's lot w/in 600 miles of Los Angeles?

Thanks

From what I have heard and read on the board, silverstone is no longer available on the S2000. It's a different silver now, I'm not sure what they call it, but only the 00, 01 and 02 came in silverstone. Good luck.

Golf Nut,

Thank you. Actually, there are a lot of dealers w/ '03 Silverstones (it was gone for '02 but is back in '03). The big PITA so far has been finding the red interior.

That's why I love this board. I'm always learning something new. Thanks for the info!

And here I thought my '01 Silverstone/Red would be worth more than I paid for her in a few years. Oh well, I'm not gonna sell her anyway. I'm having too much fun!!

The Sebring Silver and red is gorgeous. It would have been a tough decision choosing between my New Formula Red and that combo if it were available in 02'.

Back in '00 and '01, silverstone/red cars were pretty rare, too. In 2001, you could find more yellows than silverstone/reds. Go figure.
