Where do you get S2000 seat locks?

Has there been any reports of seat theft attempts while having the seat locks already attached?

What are the features of the seat locks to prevent thievery?

Can you not see my picture? These locks need a specially patterned key to unscrew them (there are several patterns out now). They also have a hard, slippery angled head that is very hard to grab with vise grips or channel locks.

Yes. There have been a few threads posted about seat thefts foiled by the Seat Locks.

They aren't easy to find, though. There are probably over 100 threads about stolen seats, and the S2KI search engine doesn't work very well.

That was done on purpose, so people can't easily discern the key pattern. Being "overexposed" doesn't prevent you from seeing the features.
