Where do you get S2000 seat locks?

There is a way to make your own seat "locks". It's not as convenient as the McGard locks and if you don't make a habit of taking your seats out often, my alternate way is nearly as "theft proof". I won't go into it as I don't wish to detract from Kodakan's abiltiy to sell his leftover part. If he indicates he has no more, then I may consider doing a "How To" on it.

When I contacted him after buying my '04 model, he wanted proof of ownership. I don't remember him relying on anything involved with S2ki.
He was working on a group purchase not too long ago. I'm assuming that's been done by now but I'm not certain. I just tried to do a search and it said the site was off line. Oh well.......

xviper knows all.
There are plenty of Seat locks left over from the last Group Buy.
All the info posted in this thread is correct. I only sell the Seat Locks to verified S2000 owners. I could probably make some cash if I sold the Seat Locks to every one, through commercial vendors, but I prefer the higher level of security.
In the "old days" of S2KI, members had to enter the VIN from their S2K to get "Owner" status. It's not foolproof, but I based ownership on that. Now I ask for a copy of the S2000 registration or insurance card WITHOUT the VIN and licence number (covered/ blacked out). It's not foolproof either, but it works.
I need the owner's name and address to mail the Seat Locks. There's no additional info on the registration, so I'm not sure why anyone would have a problem with sending it.

Hey Pete-
I am going to order the seat locks tomorrow. Do you know if Rick is still selling the stickers and how to get a hold of him? Or could I buy the sticker directly from you?

If SenseiRick decides to no longer manufacture the custom stickers, I will get them made somewhere else.
Perhaps you're not getting a response because you haven't bought the Seat Locks yet.
