yea sure. That it to the body shop who is going to paint it and have them shave the side vents off.

*that hood is hideous*

What type of intake would you couple with this hood to make the scoops and vents truly functional? When I consider the stock air intake, as well as the many aftermarket types, I can't think of a single intake that would benefit from this hood.

^^but doesn't having any vents reduce underhood temps which helps?

I have this hood, but it's a replica Mastergrade. (Carbon Fiber), I hate it. The condition of it is about a 6 out of 10. It will be going to the dump soon, as I am moving out of the house by Aug.10th. The hood weight is like twice the weight of the stock hood. Not too mention it's ugly.

One poster above said that ANY way to ventilate the engine bay would selp some, and he is right if we emphasize the word "some." But this hood is ugly to me for the simple reason that the vents and scoops in it make no sense to anybody who knows how things are laid out under the s2k hood. I mean, if you are going to have vents and scoops, is it too much to ask that they be located where they will do the most good?
