I have never dynoed my car. It's never been that important for me to know. I like the way the car works and feels and so far, that's good enough for me.
I have just turned 35,000 KMs (about 22,000 miles).
I've got a Vortech S/C and 4.44 gears.
I was a good little boy and followed all the rules because I thought that with these ceramic cylinder liners and all, I'd better go by the book to start with. So, I kept my revs below yada yads till I got yada yads miles on it. And then I kept with dino oil till about 10,000 miles when my oil consumption tapered off. Then went to synthetic and have been on it ever since. Car is still in fine shape, even after about 3000 miles of daily driven supercharged life.
Please don't let me mislead you as to why I did these mods. I didn't do them for the HP or the 1/4 mile times. I did it because I like doing projects and the "hands on" experience. However, I certainly don't mind the extra punch they give either.

I usually get this response. I'll let you carry the torch now and explain it to people.
