Still on my first tank. Looks to be low 20 right now. Hope it goes up as motor breaks in. One thing I noticed was the gas guage moved very slowly from full to half then just drained like a stuck pig the rest of the way.
Congrats on the new car, update your owners status!

320 miles per tank. Give or take 25 mpg. Use 93 Chevron, 93 BP, or 93 Shell.

1850 miles on my '07. Using Chevron 91 octane.

I'm getting in the low 20s, and I get the feeling that it would be no trouble for me to put my foot down and get worse.

I thought low 20s was pretty sucky, but I gather it is close to normal.

Hey, 124spider, I had a '73 Fiat 124 bought used in '82. Yesterday, I was thinking that, while there are so many things that I adore about the s2k, the wedge shape body is not one of them. But if the s2k had a Pininfarina body, I'd pay $50k and buy two. It's a love thing.

I still love the look of the 124 Spider; I had a '69 I bought used in 1974, and a '78 I bought used in 1983. But I love the reliability of my S2000 even more.

Before F/I = ~25, while driving up to VA for Inline Pro setup, I got 330 out of a tank : )

After F/I = Well, on the highway going back I hit 290. City driving is pretty much all I do now, and I'm getting around 20 mpg.

Shell V-Power 93 - avg 26 mpg

Gone through about 4 tanks now, each tank I am getting better gas mileage..

Those of you that get below 20, either you live in vtec or you have to be FI, because I hit vtec as often as I can and I still average a decent amount..

I normally get 23 mpg, however I was quite pleased when I averaged 33 mpg on my trip to Atlanta this past week.

I've gotten as low as 20 mpg when I drive hard.
