Depends on what color the car is. Personally I think amber looks really nice on a clean black car, where as clear/white looks better on the metalic colors.

I like the amber colors. It looks cleaner IMO, because it's "stock" looking....

I'd rather spend my money of performance instead of clear lights...

Amber looks good on GPW, BB, and the blues, maybe the yellows too. Every other color should have clear imo - ie the silvers and NFR.

In a related note, I saw on the new 3 series that BMW uses amber in the lens on the wheel well but clear on the side panels - looks bad to mix them.

I think overall, clear is cleaner for most colors, but amber could work with Yellow or Red

Clear FTW, makes the car look 10 times cleaner in every color.

The amber pulls your eye off the rest of the car because its such a different color contrast (aside from spa / rio)
