What's the purpose of the slots on the back of the radio cover???

AFAIK they've never been defined as being for any particular purpose by the car's manufacturer which makes me think they're not (for any particular purpose)

I use it to hold receipts and my glasses, I just put my glasses in and put one arm in to secure them.

I thot they were made to hold business/credit cards. They fit perfect. I use it to put my mapquest directions in there. =)

actually i believe the area in back of the radio door is for a watch. the my00 did not have a clock in the radio(standard my01+). any watch with a open band slides right in.

a lil bit of extra cash, just incase i end up catchin an unexpected toll (on road trips)... or have to park in a "pay to park" lot
