im only guessing because I have never received my members pack - but maybe its your S2ki User #???

Nope 
Since it says guest and not "member" under your name, you're not a member but a registered user on the site. In order to be a member, you would have to have paid to be one and your user title would reflect that.
No worries though as we don't offer a discount on any OEM items so you're not missing out on anything for the lip. Thanks for the order
