What is your seat position?
I am just curious how everyone has their driver seat positioned.
Personally, I had my first track experience on a nice road course with a driving instructor about a year after buying my S2000. The instructor emphasized that the position of your seat contributes to car control and overall safety. The six years since I have had the seat upright and forward in a proper driving position. I don't put more than 3,000 miles on per year, but the car has always felt much better with the seat in a more track-oriented position.
Most of the other S2000 owners I have met tend to have the seat all the way back in a position that is more conducive to comfort, and some of those other owners seem quite surprised by my driver seat position. My DD Civic has the seat slightly further back so that I have to reach for the pedals slightly more than in my S2000, but the seat back is still rather upright.
Thoughts?

pretty far back, with my arms held straightout, the steering wheel is at my wrists, so that my arms are slightly bent, however the seat back is upright. i sit pretty far back for only being 67 inches tall

Close and slightly reclined. I'm 6ft, and i can push the clutch to the floor without fully extending my foot. Elbows are around 120*. I know it's bad track positioning, but it's the only way to get my line of sight where i want it... I have a long torso for my height.

i have a memoryfab racing seat with a fixed back. i have some spacers under rails that when i have a helmet on it has me in the upright racing position and when the helmet is off it's a slightly leaned back a bit more relaxed for street driving. i sit (depending how i feel that day) fairly close to the wheel to keep my clutch pedal movement to a minimum.
honestly it's a lot more of a racing position then most people. close, elbows bent, slight lean without a helmet and with the helmet it's straight up
