I understand that Krazik wants his parts, but obviously for whatever reason, whether you consider it valid or not, John is not going to be taking the parts off for a day or two. Personally, I can't believe you're all making such a big deal out of this. I thought we were all friends here. If one of my buddies sold me something and he couldn't deliver for an extra couple of days I'd probably cut him some slack. However, that being said, you're all failing to acknowledge that earlier in this thread John offered to refund Krazik's money. So, Krazik, if you don't want to wait for the parts just say the word and I'm sure he'll paypal you back your money. Otherwise, quit whining and you'll have your parts shortly. Sheesh.

 

I don't think Strike gets it. Maybe Krazik will get the parts and maybe he won't. In the meantime, he hasn't. VaporTrail's offer to refund the money isn't good enough. Krazik is entitled to the benefit of his deal - the headers. It seems to me that this situation presents an issue of integrity, not "whining."

krazik-s2k... I just realized I might have caused you a horrible injustice... I tell you what send me $1000 + shipping into my paypal account...and I'll drive down to this conartist(Spec-R Tuning) and demand Free Mugen Headers for the both of us...as well as a public apology in return for immunity at the trial. I'm sure I could resolve this...how about a couple hundred down, and I'll even throw in a quart of Mobil 1

 

Y'know, VT, it is easy to whine about not having the time, and say that it is not a big deal, but Krazi was waiting for his paycheck to buy this part. What does that tell you VT?

He is obviously not made of money. There is nothing wrong with this, but you must respect it and understand his view on things. As a businessman, it is very important that you learn how to do this.

VT, I think the problem stems from the fact that you have more money than Krazi does. To you this small investment in the headers seems much less significant than to Krazi.

For Krazi, this is a sizable investment into a toy that he expects to enjoy. For him to spend his bucks on this toy, and not have the opportunity to enjoy it, is a more significant expense than it would be to you.

It is not that the header will get worn out, although damage is a legitimate concern. It is more the fact that Krazi has invested his hard earned cash into a toy that he cannot enjoy.

How would you feel if you purchased a new car, paid for it in full, but could not pick it up for two weeks. Your money and emotions are tied up in the purchase, but you don't have it. THAT is how Krazi feels about this.

SEND HIM THE PART, YOU SCHMUCK!!! Try this out... you typically go to bed at 10, and you are in the office at 8:30... take a bite out of your sleep time to get the job done. So what if you get only 6 or 7 hours of sleep that night. Krazi is probably losing sleep, why shouldn't you?

If I were you, I would ship a quality bottle of port with that header too.

Oh, and next time, perhaps you could take the part off your car BEFORE you sell it, eh???
