what would you buy?
I love cars bottom line.... I have an 02 s2k for my sports car with some mods and have been very happy with it... I am debating a few things...
keep it (maybe add a comtech SC set up)
upgrade to an 04 (just for a change)
sell and buy a used acura NSX (45K range)
sell and buy a used 1999-2002 style 911 Porsche (45K range)
sell and buy a used viper (45K range)
any other car I am missing in that range that is a blast to drive, decent repair record, etc...(the viper is a last choice to be honest based on repair reputation, mpg, and practicality)
If anyone has first hand experience with the s2k, nsk and or a porsche in these years and would like to give me there thoughts I would be very greatful......
Thanks
Steve

"upgrade to an 04 (just for a change)" more torque, better styling...
"sell and buy a used acura NSX (45K range)" what year NSX are you talking? You do realise a older spec NSX, would barely perfom much higher than your s2000, would be 10 times more inconvienient, and have a very out dated interior and much stiffer suspension etc for everyday use... I wouldnt buy any NSX other than the 3.2...
"sell and buy a used 1999-2002 style 911 Porsche (45K range)" thats sounding more reasonable, probly whoop your s2000's ass, but there's something about their looks :/
"sell and buy a used viper (45K range)" iv never heard of such a downgrade, sell a classy convertable, for a overpowered, lose poor handling slob.
Out of those options, id probly get the 04, or a supercharger, most likely supercharger, because than you keep your s2000 and have all that extra power.

You can get a new vette for that price, or you can get a very low mileage vette Z06. I dont know about corvettes, but I assume they come with good 'ol Chevy reliability. On the other hand they provide excellent performance compared to anything within about $20k of its price.

I have thought the same, but I went with some other thoughts
Used Porsche Boxter S
Used BMW M3
Used Subaru STI
and I found a Used Ford GT40 replicar for $35k but didn't have the spank
That is my ulitmate dream to own
