What White with Tan interior ~might~ look like
#23
I'm pretty sure that the areas that will be tan are the same areas that were red in the 00-01 red/blk interior.
ie- seats, door panels, carpet...etc.
The rest should be black. We'll find out this month!

Sorry to all those I have offended with my own thought of what I feel is good taste. I still stand by it. When I was searching on the net for a sports car and was able to build my own, I used the tan interior on many of the cars. These included the Boxster and Z3. They looked beautiful. I liked the color combination when I was 20 as well as I do now. If Honda offered it when I bought my S, I would have taken it. Maybe I would have been the only one though.

why not just refer to the link on this board with a Black S and a tan interior that was wrecked.
Tan definately goes well with certain colors and white is one of them. You just need the right shade of tan.
I like my black and tan b/c at night it is a wonderful contrast to the mirror outside. It invites you inside.

Waiting in line for fast food in the drive up last week, in my MY 2002, (Black with red interior), attractive middle aged woman in big new SUV behind me leans out and shouts "I really like your car, what is it?" I tell her, she asks "Does it come in white?", I say yes and that in 2003 it will be available in white with tan interior for the first time. (Kinda suspected she would be interested in that tidbit.) She gets real excited and says "Wow, that is exactly what I am looking for, I will see about ordering one right away!"
Soo..... there is obviously a market for this combination. And yes, this is probably a sexist observation, albeit an accurate one (at least in last week's conversation....)
