Look at Edmunds.com and Nada.com and get an idea for price, but I'd list it a 24k even - maybe a little higher - so you have room to come down when haggling. Spring is upon us, and people want convertibles.

With how many miles?
25,000 miles. The car also had XM radio installed, clear bra on the front, brand new Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 tires, rear wing spoiler (would've preferred the rear lip spoiler), new floor mats, and three keys and remotes.

Good advice on starting price, especially if selling privately. This is prime-time for convertible sales since the weather is pretty much perfect for top down driving (75*F or so) in much of the southern USA.

I just got a 2004 GPW that was Honda Certified Pre-Owned for $22,500 (+TTL) from a dealership. Considering that was from a dealership and the car was perfect, you're probably looking at $21,500 to $22,500 to sell it privately.

Their original asking price was $25,500, in case you're wondering.
Congrats on the car. Nice color choice.

Thanks - I'm loving it (waited seven years to buy this car!).
