What type of oil do you all recomend for my S2000

I use Valvoline Synpower (full synthetic) every 3-5k miles. Going on 113k miles total and oh so smooth

Here is what I use:
Engine:Castrol Syntec.
Transmission:Redline MT 90.
Diff.:Redline 75W90 gear oil.

Tranny: Redline MTL
Diff: LE-607

Like ImportSport said, RoadRage is THE MAN when it comes to lubrication. Definitely read the Oil Journals.

After I reach a certain mileage, I'm switching to:

Engine: Amsoil (formerly Amzoil)
Transmission: Redline

As you can see, lots of people have different opinions on whats "best", and a lot of the time it can varry based on usage of the car. Find something that you are comfortable using, can afford, and feel is right for you and your car.
