Ok, another newB question... everyone seems to recommend RaggTopp... lots of comments say the S2000 top is vinyl. Mine looks more like Rubberized canvas... how can I tell if it's the stock Honda part, or does the Raggtopp work good on everything?

Puzzled...

Honda tops do look similar to canvas, or perhaps rubberized canvas as you describe it. I think they did a good job with it considering it is 100% vinyl. Go with Raggtop vinyl or 303 Aerospace, they work great on vinyl, but even if yours turned out to be a rubberized product they would work similarly well with it, but I think you likely have an oem vinyl top by the sounds of it.

stock honda part will have the Honda label on the glass.

Assuming you have the glass window. I use 303 myself, but the top is 9 years old, so isn't tip-top.

the top should be vinyl if its oem.
I have an MY 02 and the top was badly faded but after using 303 cleaner and 303 protectant the top looks almost new. 303 is good on plastic, leather, vinyl so either way it will be safe.

as the others have posted, out tops are vinyl... and you should be very glad- if you have ever cleaned and protected a fabric top you would really appreciate vinyl. vinyl tops are very easy to care for- fabrics are a real pia to protect (you have to mask the entire car- which i do with bed sheets- and use an aerosol spray type product for protectants).

Not everyone. 303 is frequently recommended as well.

I tried both and prefer the 303 Aerospace Protectant personally.

Raggtopp, looks great. just make sure you dont get any overspray on the paint after you wash your car or itll look very streaky. Found this out this weekend. Some spray detailer took care of it no problem but just a heads up.
