What should I buy for my 2001 Yellow S2000?

I just drove my friend's Boxer S and the extra power impressed me. I would like to increase the power of my car as well as keep may bank account intact. including the handeling mod's i do not want to spend more than $7,000.

Well her are "my" suggestions.
1. K&N 45 bucks plus a $0.50 3" cookie cutter to put inside to make a tight fit.
2. P-Flow TB 135 ish.
3. Mugen headers. 1,400! But they work!
4. Mugen ECU dunno if you will make it through emisions after that!(lots of torque and power reported)over 1,000 bucks!
5. Exhaust take your pick it only yields 2-3 hp!(i not doing one yet gonna wait till it rots out!)
6. I would go for the X brace, Neuspeed STB,
That should tide you over for a bit.
Dont change the intake entirely no real proven gains as of yet except for the Mugen 1,000+ intake!(which requires cutting the hood!

Don't forget the Toda Racing light flywheel ($490 list). It really makes a difference in acceleration and around town driving in pre-VTEC.
