Default What rpm at 70 mph?

I just bought my s2000 and was wondering what rpm you guys are in at 70 mph in 6th gear. I'm at 3800 rpm. I'm asking because my speedometer is off by 3 mph, and I have stock tire sizes. I'm trying to see if there's a possibility the first owner put in a different final drive. Thanks.

That is about right. If you had a different final drive gear, the RPMs would be well above that.

Standard gearing on the AP2 should be around 4000 rpm at 75 mph (125 km/h)

AP2 gearing is 4% shorter in 1-4, same in 5th, and 2% taller in 6th.

2% isn't a big difference<100rpm at 70mph).

Both should be closer to 3750rpm at 70mph. 4000rpm should be ~75mph. Possible that a p.o. installed gears and corrected the speedo?
