No, but it's also the only post so far that answer's the original question.

Rust on the face of the rotor isn't a big deal since its gone by the time you get out of the driveway since the pads rub it away. The zinc coating will keep the rest of the rotor looking good.

Yup, find some coated rotors, maybe even slotted while your at it. Zinc or cadmium coated? Should be only a few hundred for a set of 4. One of the first things I replaced and I completely forgot the stock rotors rusted after a wash

Carbon fibre rotors
Carbon/Ceramic rotors....so what if they need to be at full tempeture to work and they're $8,000 a rotor....you won't get any rust

Hey, shut your piehole fool! It gets washed once a week.

Some of us dont get the chance to wash/clay our car 3 times a week.

I have been looking at some slotted/drilled rotors that come with pads. But then again, maybe I'll have to wait until after I get a hardtop.

Not really as in F1 carbon fibre rotors are not used. They are carbon rotors. They are created via an entirely different process in which the rotor is formed by compressing the carbon with enourmous pressure. These rotors take months to fabricate.

Carbon fibre is the carbon material in a thread like form and is "woven".

Not the same thing.
