what the hell is that? that looks like something that would fit a ford 9" or somwthing like that

R200 diff kit is the way to go, try to break it...

isn't there any other solution to the diff. problem rather than a $3000 diff kit?

The stock diff holds up fine as long as you are not an animal and the power put to it is not crazy high.

The PuddyMod rear is a newly built factory Honda rear differential and will bolt right in. Cost is usually under $3,000 The rear has not had a failure.

The Nissan rear is a strong unit and is a bit larger. You need the InLinePro kit to install it.
I do not think they have had a failure ether.

Both are a good choice, both have there own advantages, it is a matter of choice and your personal situation.

An S owner can also buy 6 good used S2000 rears and blow one at a time for the same money
