HUGE props to chushi for locating this problem area and posting about it. The ruckus from my Invidia I can live with, but this rattle was making it unbearable. All good now!

Okay, heres what I found. I had my wife rev the car for me as well after I removed the front panels of the trunk and took out the spare. I could hear the same rattling at about the same rpm, so I grabbed my shop light and started poking around. The fuel pump harness seemed to be fine. No rattling there. I had her keep revving (much to my neighbors displeasure, I'm sure) and discoverd the noise was coming from above me. It was the trunk latch. Specifically, it was the glow in the dark emergency release. I put a piece of duct tape over it and the rattle was gone! The only problem is now the remote trunk release from insidet he car or the remote wont work. The key does with no problem. I guess I will have to try something else. Maybe some dry silicone. Anyway, 3/4 of the battle was just trying to find the source. Now i just need to try to figure how to keep it quiet and still allow me to use my remote trunk opening feature. Thanks again to Chuhsii for the inspiration to finally look into this annying f***ing noise!
