Two things are needed to practice perfect Heel Toeing...
1.) A video of Tsuchiya driving an S2000 on Tsukuba Circuit. Best Motoring has a few of these.
2.) A video of Gan-San (the older, fatter driver) driving an S2000 on Tsukuba Circuit. Again, Best Motoring.
Both drivers use their toe, and both drivers are better than any self proclaimed expert on the internet.

In my earlier post I said that I used the side of my foot, which I thought I did, but when I just took my car out I realized after I was putting the car into 2nd while breaking that I use my heel. Hmm... I always thought I used the side of my foot.

Couple things, I use my heel, as I have smaller feet.
There isn't really a need to double clutch in an S2000 because it has synchros that do that for you, that said, I would/have used my heel when double clutching because you're still blipping the throttle once just pressing the clutch twice.
