Been driven my car aggressively lately, so i decided to change my transmission oil....... does anyone know if the Redline MT90 is good for MY05? Or should i go w/ the oem oil?

OEM is very good stuff. A lot of people use it for a reason.

Just make sure it's the new version. MTF-2 or something like that. It's good stuff.

I just changed all my fluids a couple months ago....used the mtf-2 and shifting is like butter again!

There is nothing wrong with OEM. I doubt you drove it harder than the OEM can take.

Every 30k is what the manual recommends IIRC

Amsoil is good too. Unless you drive REALLY hard, I think OEM generally works fine ...

I use GM synchromesh. It feels nice but I doubt it's any better than OEM.

It depends on your tranny, some members get 20-30k miles before it starts to wear out. Mine starts to get stiff and notchy at about 5- 10k miles. Since I use long life synoil in the engine, I just change it out about every other oil change and its happy with that.

GMSMFM feels way better than the new OEM stuff, it cost a lot more but it's worth it.
