What kind of oil do you guys use on your S2K

i plan on using castrol GTX 10w-30 the whole time. i change my oil religiously every 3 months, no matter what mileage(even its only 1000-1500 miles in 3 months) and like having fresh oil in it often.

using mobil 1-
switched from dino oil at 10k miles,
and even if its just in my head, it sure seems to run smoother and transition to vtec faster!
i wonder if anyone has done a dyno test on dino to synthetic...

it's straight-up, over-the counter stone-cold bone stock Honda oil 10w-30 from the dealer. After 17,000 miles, the engine purrs like a little kitty; (and can roar like a tiger when she wants to.) She's very happy engine.

Tried synthetic after 10k miles and my car hated it. Oil consumption was so bad, I had to fill a quart every week. Switched back to Castrol GTX and she's as happy as can be, no more oil consumption and better mpg on the dino oil.
