Default What inspires you to drive your S2000?

Do you sometimes imagine yourself driving when you are at work, or when you are shopping, cooking, watching football? Do you imagine yourself...shifting, turning the wheel when you are away from your S2000? I do haha

Naturally of course, its part of being an enthusiust about this car. But generally listing, these are the things that make me want to take the S2000 out for a drive.

1. When I visit www.s2ki.com...it increases the urge to drive my S2000 because I end up reading the write ups and seeing gallery pictures.

2. Just getting back from lunch, getting that little drive, but not enough seat time Something to look forward to when the work day ends.

3. After seeing a Car commercial

4. Sitting in front of this computer and writting this up right now makes me want to go drive my s2000.

So if you have similar urges to drive, share with the rest of us in a similar way I did as to why. What is it that you are doing right now that has caused you to have this sudden urge to drive.

j/k although I put close to 50 miles a day on my car, so I've never had an opportunity to "miss" it since I parted ways with my beloved beater

I dont know how to describe it ... but I look forward to the "solid" feel in the S. Just feels like one with me when making sharp turns, accelerating and braking.

I know what you mean. Sometimes I forget about that "solid" feel, but when i'm seated in the car driving and cornering, that solid feeling I think you are refering to is how solid the body is seated in the seats as the s2000 corners and how much effort is needed to the wheel to do it....and that makes me want to look for alternative routes to my destination so I can drive it around a little bit more.

If the sun is out and it's above 60 degrees that's all the excuse I need to drive the S2000....if I happen to have a valid destination that's just an added bonus.

Everyday I get the craving to just go out and drive. But it's good sometimes to drive an automatic or something less lead foot demanding. Make me appreciate my S even more.

Though some weekends can be really tough on the poor S2K. After each F1 qualifing and race, I absolutly have to go outside and put the pedal to the metal. After the Turkey race I spent about 9 hour at the local track, lap after lap. Full tank of gas later I was satisfied Got a sore back and neck the next day

Everthing makes me want to go outside and drive, snow, rain, sleet, dry, sunny, warm and windy. It doesn't really matter.
