Muz Accessories Shift Knob with 6 Speed lasered pattern.
50mm diameter
Lasered 6 Speed pattern.
High grade '6 series' Aluminium.
Deepest possible countersunk thread to sit low on shifter stem.
Easy alignment.
More durable than powder coated alternatives.
Set screw and hex key included.
No thread tape or loctite needed.
Approximately 28 grams heavier than the stock OEM knob.
Easy install. Use with or without factory locknut.

How much does this shifter shorten the throw. Compared to short shifter? I would like the short shifter but it seems quite expensive for something I may not like anyway. I know Voodoo has an option for counter sinking the knob and that some of us love it, so I am interested in ranking the three both for feel and cost. Anyone?

I just installed the Team Voodoo knob with the Pearl Aluminum finish from Rick's.
It does shorten the throws noticeably, but the biggest benefit (in my opinion) is that it looks much better. The finish is a good match for the radio door. It also just "feels" better (except when it's very, very cold).
A great mod for the money ($40).
