Thumbs up What exactly is required for 30K service?

Whenever I get a service done for my S2K, I feel like I'm just handing them my wallet and letting them take whatever they want.
For my 30K service, along with the "basic service", they recommended that I also get a valve adjustment and my fuel injection cleaned. So, from my vast knowledge of automobile maintenance, I deduce that mis-adjusted valves and dirty fuel injectors certainly sound like they can't be good things, so I tell them to add those on to my service.
Anyone know if these things are even needed at a 30K service, or is it the equivalent of needing to get my turn-signal fluid topped off?
