Magnets! get them at KJmagnetics.com for the door noodle. They sell rare earth magnets which are more than strong enough. Flatter ones hold good if they are very close, but have little field pull, but the thicker disk ones have a bigger field and work from a better distance.

I usually try to park at the right side of the end of the row, so that the only way a door ding can happen is if the car next to you has a passenger and is parked close to you. I usually don't mind parking far and walking extra knowing the chances of door dings are minimal (but not inevitable).

Or right next to a pillar or some sort. I then park REALLY close to the pillar, leaving a lot more room just in case I get an idiot parking next to me.

too close to the store =ding and dent

too far from the store=stolen antenna, cutted top

hardpark at home=wasted insurance.

fwak it, that's why you need a good pdr guy locally and it's great to know how to paint you own car

Your car will get dinged no matter what. Just set aside $150-$300 a year to pull them out.

I would just park near a window where your eye is always on it. If not, I would suggest the 'You toucha me car, I breaka you face' sticker lol

you guys are lucky you have a private lot where people actually respect each other. at my workplace i still get dings. lucky it's my dd civic but it still irks me cause i started working there dent free and now i have over 6.

also not all people in nice cars respect other cars. ESPECIALLY asian women. too much stress for a holiday morning...
