What to do about Driver's Side Mats?
#12
I purchase a set of Muz Matts and I have not had any problems. I have 1 post, but because the matts go over the hump and the backing on the matts they don't move. Besides they look much better than OEM.

Good question! I've been meaning to ask the same thing. My mat is only anchored at one point and I'm forever reaching down to straighten it out. Velcro huh Doesn't sound too durable, but it's cheap and I just might have to give it a shot.

Option 1:
get a box of hog ring pliers and a box of rings from a farm supply store or an upholstery shop... then get creative.
Option 2:
Call Bavarian Autosport ( I think). They used to sell a velcro (hook) pad that screwed into the carpet under the floor mat and a (loop) pad that you sew onto the underside of the mat.
Option 3:
Find an old (like '90 - '94) Nissan with a bent-nail retainer that you can scavenge. my old SE-R had those, and they worked great.
