depends. do you want your friends to go "ooh-ahh"? do you want to post an impressive dyno plot and boast at the DQ? do you want to get the most performance from your car?

here is what I would do:

Spoon XBrace,
Mugen front bar,
Bulletproof brake ducting,
SS brake lines,
Porterfield pads,
Mugen N-zero suspension kit,

and spend the remaining cash on High Perf Driving school.

track time, backroad technical twisties... whew - I'm grinning just thinking about it.

Here is what I would/am doing;

1. Driving school (It's a blast and you'll learn something)
2. Buy the following(brake bleeder, new tires, new brake pads, jack and stand, helmet)
3. Take your car to an Auto-X/track time and burn up the tires and brakes then replace with new brake fluid.

No matter what you do to the car the real joy with an S2000 is to take it on the track and safely push it (and you) to the limits. It will be a lot more fun that staring at your Mugen headers at the 7-11).
