I picked up my Red/Black S2000 this past Spring on a Friday at about noon. I had given the dealership strict instructions to not prep the car -- only to add the necessary fluids -- as I would prep it at home.
I then made the 25 mile drive home and spent the rest of the day washing, claying, waxing and just plain admiring my new baby!
My long held dream to own a high performance convertible sports car finally came true -- and I haven't stopped smiling yet!!!

Not much.
I didn't know how to drive a stick!
Left it in the garage more often than not in the first week. My first exposure to manual tranny was 4 hours in my friends' Geo Metro and rest is in the S2000.
I couldn't stop thinking about it though

GOT LAID.... HONESTLY!
Drove the car only 65 miles that night and it was a blast. My friend and I were hanging out that night and decided to hit a bar/restaurant to grab a bite. We ended up meeting and playing pool with a couple of very friendly foreign gals....and....few hours later Koula and I were at my apartment enjoying the rest of the night. Probably to celebrate the purchase of my new car...

Picked it up after work around July 3rd @ 5:30, she was already slightly broken in at 4500 miles...and cruised up the Natchez Trace along a large reservoir....I VTECHed several times but mostly drove gently to get used to the car....and marveled at the sounds of the engine and drive train...such happy sounds!!!....and the wonderful feel of the car.....been a very very happy stook owner ever since!
