Well we might as well think scientifically about it. Until there's proof they aren't Recaros, I'm content with the theory that since a number of other Honda products have Recaro seats, the S2000 likely does too.

one would assume that recaro is a strictly aftermarket or race application manufacturer...however most of these companies that make performance parts started with humble beginnings and branched out. Recaro has been making seats for honda since the early days.

Enkei makes the wheels, and i use to be the Dir. of Marketing for clutchmasters, who started out making clutches for OEM applications then branched out into the race parts market..

everyone can be a sceptic, but i know for a fact for most of the top manufacturers outsource to grassroots companies that happen to also have a strong presence in the high performance world.

with all of the engineering and development involved in designing cars today automakers have peace of mind in knowing the vendor who produces the seats or wheels also makes top of the line race parts.

actually heres a list directly from recaros website regarding which vehicles have their seats as original equipment and i dont see honda s2000.
