Low volume means you don't get all the color choices you might like and for sure not as many interior choices.

A truer test of popularity would be to have a large number of each color available and then see who bought what without availabilty being an issue. Of course that's not the case. Now you could have 10 people chasing 2 cars of a particular color and the price might go up. Wouldn't necessarily mean it was a popular color overall.

I also wonder what the manufacturing proportion of each color is.
I am curious about this as well. I would like to know which color is most rare. I have a feeling it might be the Suzuka Blue for the USA. Since I've bought my Suzuka Blue S2K this past March I have not seen one single Suzuka Blue, but I have seen several of all the other colors.

I don't think there are too many Suzuka Blues around. I've never seen one either. I'm in Michigan which is not big S2k country so I guess I can't comment about what's happening elsewhere. Maybe someone knows how many 2004/2005 Suzukas were manufactured. Would help knowing where we fit in the grand scheme of things.

I read somewhere on this board about someone who researched which color was the rarest. I believe he concluded that GPW made up about 8%.

I live in Florida which I would imagine is one of the top states in S2000 sales.
