I would definitely have the cast marks removed and then have them powder coated black.

I think polished would look GREAT! PITA to keep clean but certainly has the WOW factor...IMO

IMHO, DIY caliper paint jobs never look right. personally, i'd invest in a BBK, leave it stock, or just clean them
