That looks like a model version of a Monte Carlo Blue S2000 to me...

It must be a custom color. It doesn't have the cleared out front headlights or sidemarkers, which the international S2Ks have, so I wouldn't think it's Monte Carlo.

Another reason I thought it might be moonrock is due to the JDM wheels.

Right hand drive with amber diffusers. Thats a first. Folks, it's a model, there's no telling what color that may be.
