I thought of another improvement for the 06. I would like to have an onboard computer, like my Z3, that gives cumulative miles per gallon, average speed, estimated miles of remaining fuel, outside temperature and unlike the Z3, also gives instantaneous MPG. I know that the instant MPG can take the fun out of driving, but you can always switch the display to average speed if you want some excitement.

seriously though, why doesn't Honda just discontinued the damn thing already.....i hope it doesn't become a NSX aka rediculously long in the tooth.

They changed it in '02 and then in '04, '06 would be the next year if they follow patterns.

The transition to the '02 model saw the glass rear window and tweeters. On the other hand, when they went from '00 to '01, they changed to a Type II engine coolant (longlife) and slightly different ECU programming. Technically, this was also a "change", so where do we draw the line on what "real" changes were. And within one of those "series", they put on rims that were a different tingue. So can we say that they changed every year? Some may simply consider these as "evolution" and not really "changes".

But as long as we're on the topic, I'm guessing SQUARE headlights - SQUARE, POP-UP headlights with DUAL HIDs for '06!
