What to buy to stiffen my ride?
What makes good differences when stiffening the car? Sway bars, frames, x braces, etc? But then oout of these, what should I avoid that hardly makes a difference when trying to stiffen?

um..first thing you want to do is learn what each part works, howstuffworks.com is a good starter.
when you say stiffening, do you mean chassis stiffening?
for that, you can do upper front tower bar, x braces, rear lower tie bar, diff U bar, cusco side bar, spoon upper A arm bracket, or upgraded upper rear tower bar(to replace the oem piece)
most people recommend X brace(or h brace), i personally have x brace and upper front tower bar and X brace worth every pennies. (unlike the UFTB)
for extreme measure you can stitch weld your unibody(not frame) or add a 34793 point roll cage. warning: this might render your s2k undriveable(ar..for most folks) on the street.
the second part of the question is the stiffening of the suspension part
spring, damper rate, roll bar arm radius, tirewall, tracking, etc
before i can go on, you need to refine your question, sir
