What brand of gas do you use

I use Chevron too. I think a study was done a while back and it showed that the Techron additive was one of the only ones that actually cleaned the injectors.

I used some Shell gas once on one of my old cars, and it made it run like crap. I was getting backfires. Ever since then, I've never used that gas.

Thats exactly what happened to his car. ironically he uses chevron now too

Cheapest price I can find as long as its 93 octane. I have tried Texaco, Mobil, Tom Thumb, etc. The performance and mileage all seems about the same.

Using Shell now.
Tried several other brands, didn't notice a difference.

Chevron here as well. Shell's "premium" seemed to lessen my mpg at one point...unless I spent a lot of time in VTEC...yeah, that was probably it!

Costco - $1.11/gallon for premium - it was rated by Consumer Reports as one of the best gasolines available.

I try to stick to Chevron, but I'll go to a Texaco when that's all I can find (same company now anyways). It might be a placebo effect, but I swear the car doesn't idle as smoothly with other brands.
